Which means sharing the same ministry whenever possible; praying for and supporting each other in ministry time not shared.  In this way ministry brings couples together rather than pulling them apart.

Primarily through the SPLITS community and the approximately 12-month Marriage Plus course that is taught in small group format in the home of the leader couple.  Couples who wish to take the course must apply and be accepted.

Meaning that couples who take our course are expected to use their training in their home churches and various ministries, being better equipped for this after completing the course.

In some cases this will be done as a personal ministry beyond their “official” ministry responsibilities, whether the teacher/leader couple is working as a volunteer in their church or is working as a staff member of a church or a parachurch ministry.  In other cases teaching the Marriage Plus course may become a central part of their ministry, depending on the approval of their leaders.
